Who we are
Condóminos Sol Cielo Luna, A.C. is a non-profit civil association, established in 2017, that brings together the condominium owners of Tulē.
Tulē is a residential community in La Banda, Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, at the foot of the mountains. Its owners and residents share common areas, facilities and services that require orderly, professional and transparent management.
That is why the association exists: to represent residents, to look after the resources they contribute, and to ensure the community's services work well for everyone.
Mission
Condóminos Sol Cielo Luna, A.C. represents and serves the residents of the Tulē condominium community in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. We promote transparent, accountable, and professional management of shared resources, oversee administration, maintenance, and security services, and foster a safe, well-kept, and cohesive community for all residents.

How we are organized
The General Assembly of Members is the association's highest body: there, owners approve the budget, review reports and make the most important decisions.
A Committee elected by the Assembly coordinates day-to-day work, oversees the property management company and service providers, and reports to members on its management.
The association does not pursue profit: its resources are used exclusively for the care, operation and security of the community.
