Maintenance
We make sure common areas, facilities and shared equipment are kept in good condition.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Cleaning and upkeep of common areas and gardens.
- Follow-up on residents' reports.
Security
We oversee security services so residents can live with peace of mind.
- Oversight of the guard service and access control.
- Enforcement of the condominium's internal rules.
- Response to and follow-up on incidents.
Community life
We foster a cohesive, informed and engaged community.
- Calling and organizing condominium owners' assemblies.
- Timely communication with owners and residents.
